      Great Place for career growth, but not for work/life balance

      Pros

      -Competitive compensation and retirement planning benefits (current Employee Stock Purchase Program may be going away with acquisition). - Excellent opportunity for anyone that wants to work their way into any position.

      Cons

      - Long Hours - zero work/life balance - Very archaic in terms of processes - Preventative Maintenance is non-existent, resulting in regular "emergencies" -

      Pros

      You will never be bored. There are many decent, hard working employees to include middle management people that are stuck/have sold their soul to the devil because of the pay/benefits but it comes at a price.

      Cons

      This company is led by a good old boys network that promotes a verbal abusive and hostile environment disregarding federal, state and local laws. Integrity and respect do not exist. It is a good thing Buffet does not believe in due diligence or he would have seen the legal liability this company is.

      Pros

      Exposure to a wide variety of manufacturing processes. I would say pretty good pay relative to the area cost of living. Interesting technical challenges which keeps your mind fresh and isn't repetitious.

      Cons

      High standards and expectations which aren't always attainable due to equipment/man power/economic climate. Sometimes the flashy go further than the technically competent.
