I started with the company 17 years ago as a technician with no experience. In my first year, I made $80,000+. I worked my way up to Sales Manager and couldn't be happier. Great income, benefits, paid vacation and sick time, and a 401k plan with a family friendly atmosphere.

Cons

After 17 years, I can't find any.
