Pros

The only pros are pay and that you get to take a truck. But even then, they’ve used those as leverage against employees.

Cons

There’s a lot to list. The management truly does not not care about anything you have going on outside of work. (Family life, home life, etc.) They believe that 100% of your time and focus should be on the company. When asking for even a half day due to an emergency, they’ll tell you they’re much too busy and can’t afford to not schedule you. Then comes the day you needed that time off and you have no appointments. Management has no care for the morale nor the displeasure that employees feel for the way they run things, often resulting in good employees getting burned out. If you express displeasure or that you are struggling/ thinking about leaving for something else, the owner will call you explicit names and tell you how much of a man you aren’t. At precision, they don’t pride you on the good your doing but dig to find the bad under the guise of always trying to get better. They then use it as a reason to grill you and your coworkers for 1-2 hours every morning. If you value time and family you’re better off elsewhere. They’ll tell you that your family is just going to have to make some sacrifices if you want to be successful. They have this notion that everyone wants to spend or is willing to spend thousands on a product they sell and if you can’t sell it, it’s because you aren’t good enough to. If you’re looking to be just a tech, good luck. Here you truly are a salesperson trying to get the homeowner to buy the most expensive thing. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values their time.
