Only pros are they pay well and let you take the truck home.

Cons

They'll lie to the customer often so that they make more money. Don't get "precisioned"

Great Company, Great Pay, Great Product! Benefits and Lead Consistency need work

Pros

Pay is fantastic and so is the product. Company Truck & Gas Card Provided. All Leads Provided! Base Salary could be a bit higher but acceptable! Commission is decent but a few percentage points off from the industry standard.

Cons

Benefits package needs a bit of beefing up. More tools need to be provided to allow for more ability to source additional Lead flow (event funding & Planning) Commission is low but volume makes up for that, my hope is that as I help the company revenue get higher Year over year I will be able to see my percentage go up as well as my base salary.
