- Majority of the people are great. - Benefits: good insurance, PTO, tuition assistance - Work/Life Balance: Leave your work at your job - Company Values are great. - Low Stress

Cons

- Communication is an issue, especially when dealing with HR and Upper Management. - Not much room for advancement for the majority of the positions. - Work becomes monotonous very quickly - No cross-training or employee development below management level

This place has a very toxic work environment, people lie and talk behind your back. Senior leadership is rude and unappreciative. There is no structure, leadership keeps throwing each other under the bus and the mid level suffers. Unless your very desperate do not work her
