They only offer laboratory Technicians I only 3 Month contract which could be either a con or pro. In mt case it was a con. They can get rid of you in a moments notice.

Cons

Management seeks kiss butt employees who do not even know nothing about genetic processes or that fact what a centrifuge is used for. Do I need to say any more. Stay away from this company if you know anything at all.

Benefits and remote work capabilities.lots of “core values,” but they do not seem to apply to staff. Also good experience.

Cons

Everything else is pretty unbearable. Workload and lack of support. No work/life balance = burnout.

Pros

The employees that work for Precision are extremely knowledgeable and are overall just great people to work with. The company stands by great principles and does a fantastic job implementing them into daily work life.

Cons

My work/life balance was terrible while I worked here. While remote, I often found myself working such long hours that it eventually led to me experiencing the effects of burnout and mental exhaustion. However, I believe that the work/life balance will improve for all employees once the company is able to find enough support for all the projects they take on.
