At precision you will find an extremely approchable staff that is always willing to help and is always reachable. There are kind instructors that challenge and push you to do your best in the rigorous training process. If you're willing to put in the work, you'll be well on your way to moving up quickly.

Cons

As with any career-advancing path, you'll have to put in a lot of time to strengthen your skills and get a good grasp on the material. The more time you have to put in the greater return you'll se.

Pros

Though my stint at Precision Technologies has been short, I have had a very good experience working with them. The work culture is excellent and the communication is open, which I feel is very vital for employee satisfaction. They concentrate hardly on employee training and their marketing is aggressive. The HR & marketing staff are very friendly and always respond promptly to queries and calls. I hope to stay with this employer as long as possible.

Pros

The management and marketing team are excellent. The training is also great that's geared towards helping you advance in your career. Salaries are also very competitive and above market average.

Cons

Traveling as a consultant can be overwhelming at times or client location may not be ideal. But that comes with consulting line of work but clients are excellent and with good work environment.
