Pros

The staff is friendly. They are really dedicated and enthusuiastic to help you through the interviews. They are ready to bend the situation according to your convenience. I got a job within a week after the training. Just be prompt in answering the calls anytime of the day and be ready to relocate.

Cons

You have to be a fast learner to catch up with the speed of the training. And, you might have to negotiate for the payment you are going to get coz you may get lower than what was mentioned in the contract depending on the client.
