Pros

Great people, good culture (and always improving), growing business, room to grow and advance, benefits steadily improving, good presence and reputation in the community.

Cons

It's a smaller company with some long-tenured people in higher level management and executive-level positions, so advancement opportunities might be limited depending on your level of experience and your specific goals.

Pros

No pros that I can think of!

Cons

STAY AWAY!! Bad Call Center to work for. You take verbal abuse from rude customers all day. Favoritism from management, you won't get anything if you're not favorited. You have to read through unnecessary scripts that customers hate hearing and sitting through, and unnecessary rules which make no sense. There's a lot of inconveniences for customers which is why customers are angry on the phone. You won't get approved for time off, even with family or medical emergencies, or weather hazards, you'll still get an attendance notification. Constant threats of corrective action, YOU'RE MICROMANAGED BY THE SECOND! You'll get in trouble for taking a break for the bathroom! Employees are backstabbing, there's office politics. Just too much. You'll think this job is for you, it'll all seem ok during training/orientation, until you actually start working and taking customer calls! Most enjoyable part of the day was a 1hr lunch off the phone and away from that crazy office! You're better off saving your time, energy, mental, and emotional health for something better. Look elsewhere job seekers! I sure found something better! And will never look back to another call center. There's a saying that "If you've worked at 1 call center, you've worked at all of them".
