Productivity is not as greatly stressed as other rehab companies. The team of therapists I work with are great including DOR

Cons

Health insurance is expensive and not good. No paid holidays.

Very good to hear you enjoy the PTS culture, our teams and people certainly make the difference :) Our insurance options are regularly changing based on what is the best blend affordable & competitive insurance for our people. Holidays are actually included in our pto policy (along with vac, personal, sick, etc..) , so that you can use pto for as many, or few, holidays as you choose.
