Extra supportive of evidence-based best clinical practice. Good pay and benefits.

Cons

Best clinical practice does not carryover to reasonable demands on the Therapist. Caseload expectations may sound reasonable, but not with the 'required' documentation demands including excessive tracking of information for multiple levels of management. As a result, the Therapist primarily provides assessment-only while the Assistants carry out most, if not all, of the treatments.

I enjoy working w/ my coworkers, good relationship with mgr, PTS does hold themselves to a higher moral/ethic standard than a lot of therapy companies, decent amount of PTO, decent caseloads, good clinical support

Cons

Salary is pretty middle of the road, medical insurance is ok, nothing special
