It's all about the patient. The main focus of this company is to benefit the patient, with lots of opportunities to complete continuing education to grow the clinicians knowledge and strengthen the talent for better patient outcomes. There is always higher up therapy staff to help field questions you might have about difficult patients, codes to use with appropriate billing, etc.

I don't have anything to add. I really enjoy working for this company.

Pros

PTS is very supportive. Regional management is always there when you have questions about anything and everything. They always provide helpful information and guidance to any clinical questions. Management recognizes your success and supports you through the struggles. PTO is very generous and even during COVID they tried to minimize the impact on staff.
