      Pros

      My 11+ year career at PTS has been nothing short of amazing! Everyone from Sr. Management on down treats you like family and puts patient care first! Benefits and salary are generous and schedules are flexible. It's not above management to roll up their sleeves and treat patients when needed; you just don't see that in other companies.

      Cons

      I have zero complaints about PTS.

      Pros

      A supportive company who truly cares about the success of their employees and treats them like family. They realize that with patient care as the ultimate goal, you need to fully support the clinicians who provide that care. Tremendous support is in place. If you need help or have questions, there are wonderful resources, mentoring, people to help you along the way.

      Cons

      This is a great company to work for, I have nothing bad to say!
