Preferred is a company that cares about the success of their employees and the patients that they serve. I have enjoyed working with PTS for 12 years now and can't wait for another 12 years!!!! Excellent opportunities for growth and to work with a team that cares about the patient improving!!!!

Pros

Management is very supportive and the clinical education team is a great resource. We have bi-annual meetings for all the Rehab Directors to learn more and to recognize the accomplishments of rehab teams and individuals. This is a company that focuses on outcome and the patient. Without quality patient care we would not succeed. The fact that the company is run by therapists is a huge help and factors in to our success. Paid time off is generous and we have a good surplus of PRNs to cover when needed to take time off.

Cons

High deductibles on medical but then again that is happening everywhere.
