ROX documentation, great therapy team.

Cons

No job security for those who need full time work; lied to from hire to present about position; when hours decrease you have to use PTO which means no real vacation time for you; pressured to increase Med B revenue through "screens" which are reviewed by management to apply further pressure; productivity is all that matters; unable to trust management.

Flexible hours, good PTO, and a teamwork approach for treatments, and a great treating staff to work with, direct deposit

Cons

Low hourly rates with no pay scale and poor yearly raises. Management only cares about productivity, assistants and registered have same productivity expectations. Want you to compete documentation point of service therefore unable to provide quality treatments because of those expectations.
