The whole company is run by therapists.

Cons

Hypocrisy: e.g. company puts out documents on billing guidelines for most common CPT codes used by therapists, but then reprimands therapists for adhering to those guidelines in order to "show distinct separation between PT and OT". PTS is unnecessarily nit-picky about documentation.
