Paid time off accrues quickly

Severely underpaid! $45/hour for a DOR No support from regional Was forced to take DOR position otherwise told I’d be let go/replaced No raises. Impossible to take vacation time as a manager. If you work a holiday they take out your PTO despite it and don’t pay you for working it. Productivity and groups heavily pushed. 25 minute tx sessions (16 min of all 3 disciplines are in) pushed heavily. Gaslighting is very common.
