      Decent pay Coworkers are friendly

      Understaffed which leads to difficult orders to accomplish. TONS of miscommunication with all departments and office areas. Favoritism is an ongoing issue. Never addresses issues with specific people, so all people must be effected for one person's actions.

      Mandatory overtime your whole life is in that job, understaffed, turn over rates high, 3rd shift is the worst
