Great benefits, friendly coworkers, not too much else

Some of management, temps make almost as much as someone that's been there for 2 years. They hate to give OT, not much room for growth.

I liked having 2 1/2 days on and 2 1/2 days off. I needed them to recover from 12 hrs standing in cement floors

Cons

I found the management unorganized. The jobs were not ready to begin or not complete with appropriate paperwork.
