      At one time was a company that cared about their employees.

      Has become so large that employees are now just a number. No one bothers to get to know you, or your skill set. It is all about what you can bring to Pregis. And not about the people that MAKE Pregis.

      Stuck due to fear of risk and thought diversity

      Pros

      The line people and front line engineers in the plants are great. The Human Resources team is great and really cares about the team. They do what they can to support and advocate. Pay is competitive.

      Cons

      Thought diversity is extremely low. A few senior business leaders have favorites and make it very clear that they make the decisions but then don’t spend the time to listen, impose delays, and then take credit for getting something back on track. Lots of frontline have great ideas and are willing to change but are not empowered. They burn and churn and pressure frontline leaders to just hire more instead of embracing change in a timely manner. You will get frustrated quickly.
