Business Outlook
Pros
The teamwork and comradery at the plant level between both management and associates is incredible. I was blessed to work with some amazing individuals and a team that never quit no matter how difficult things got or the obstacles in our way.
Cons
Over burdened plant management with lack of support from senior management. Company has been bought and sold by multiple private equities trying to squeeze every penny out of old equipment and poorly executed "lean" solutions. New senior management for operations rotating out every couple of years makes a defined and committed vision difficult to achieve. Large divide between different divisions of the company.
