      Reactive employer in a reactive industry

      Pros

      I have a good manager, but this isn't the case for everyone. I'm able to telecommute 100%, though this isn't true for everybody.

      Cons

      Burnout often due to reactive nature of organization and industry. Company has a culture and hierarchy that reminds me of Mad Men. Very little opportunity for career growth or promotion.

      Pros

      Until 2018 it was a great place to work. Management shake up ruined everything. All the good knowledgable people left, and now they are struggling. Saw it coming a mile away.

      Cons

      Terrible mid-management who are very short-sighted.

      Pros

      Easy commute, good benefits, competitive wages. Plenty of opportunity to make a difference and do great work.

      Cons

      Great work isn't valued, and expectations shift in the sand. Highly reactive and punitive culture, and true leadership is rare. Priorities and direction are always changing, and too few managers are able to lead teams in strategy and execution.
