Pros

This is a place where you work hard and learn a lot of new things, at least at some departments. I see a lot of internal hiring so there are opportunities to grow, just not very quickly.

Cons

Work-life balance is not good because of how much is expected of you. Benefits are not the best, not many rewards or company outings. Although, a Vision benefit is very good.

Pros

Jeff Roe CEO ,SMG/EVP and SVP HR are all extremely smart, talented, strategic leaders. In the short time I have been gone I have seen many positive change to the website, job descriptions and strong focus on the Candidates experience. Every candidate is a potential member so every experience is important. They may not get the job offer but they do have a choice when in comes to selecting a health plan.

Cons

con very little training & development or cross training for HR associates so you stop learning and being developed and end up being under utilized.
