Great balance between career growth and work/life balance
Pros
This is an environment that recognizes that life happens outside of your work life. You don't need to answer e-mails in the evening and on weekends to be a player in this company. Very collaborative environment, the line workers and middle managers look out or one another and work together toward common goals. An easy place to establish a rapport when working cross-functionally. Employee benefits are top notch. Great medical, dental, 401k etc.
Cons
Upper management can be very political. Hard to understand your situation until you've been there awhile. Can be difficult to read the environment. "Are we really risk takers?" " Do you really want to hear the truth?" It is often hard to know where you stand, depending on your situation. Executive management can be fickle.
