      Just ok, won't probably hold your interest for more than a couple years

      Pros

      North end location, minimal evenings and weekends for most positions, encourage healthy eating and wellness improvement in employees

      Cons

      Teams & department silos, proud of being late adopters, scared of innovation, lavish spending in marketing and sales while IT/facilities on shoestring budget, not customer focused unless it relates to risk mitigation.

      Pros

      The people (non-management) were great.

      Cons

      Management was the worst. High turn over of managers with no real direction. The company raked in the money but had to hold on raises because of fear of the economy (total lie). Your are _forced_ to use their insurance and its really crappy as an employee. The ability to get promoted is near 0.
