      Pros

      Flexible schedule and the ability to work from home (in some positions ) worked at premera for 10 years and overall loved my job and co-workers great benefits

      Cons

      Depending on who your team lead is policy's seem to differ and are often times unclear. Lots of layoffs lately of dedicated employees who had been their for years
