Pros

Local company with over 3,000 employees. Great Benefits! Have worked for Premera Blue Cross for over 14 years in various departments throughout the organization. On site parking and flexible work schedules.

Cons

Currently downsizing due to the economy. Other than that, I really don't have anything negative to say. They've been a stable organization for many, many years.

1. Good bonus 2. Subsidized meals 3. Good benefits (Health insurance , PTO) 4. Base salary+ Bonus 5. Can't think of anything else apart from the above

Cons

1. Outdated technology and lagging behind its competitors in technology 2. No room to advance 3. Management 4. Cross team communication (You wouldn't know many things/ get to know very late although you are in the same project)
