Pros

Great leadership, they genuinely care about their employees and their development. Fantastic PTO bank. 4 weeks upon hire, goes up after 5 years. Pension, standard 401K match at 3% max. This company has ethical values that they are purposeful about living out.

Cons

Human Resources is a revolving door. The hiring process is a mess and doesn't have good communication. Struggle through it, once your hired it's worth it.

Pros

Premera goes beyond expectation to meet the needs of employees and offers career growth opportunities. Benefits are great. Premera is aware of the diverse social dynamics of the work force and strives to make the company an inclusive work place. Company contributes to our community and truly cares about giving back. I feel I can have a career at Premera into retirement and be content. Premera is changing healthcare and making it simpler and easier for people to connect and access healthcare through innovation and enhancements made to the digital customer experience.

Cons

Premera has been in business for nearly 100 years and with that longevity comes silos. Company is aware and actively working to break them building collaboration and encouraging challenge of convention.
