Pros
Low pressure/supportive environment, which is great if you are looking for a healthy work/life balance. Nice people. Decent pay.
Cons
High turnover in good leadership and experienced team members means that Premera is pretty rudderless right now. It's unclear what the company's vision is, and all of the major 'transformational' projects Premera has attempted recently seem to fail due to a lack of funding, direction, experience, and talent. Future outlook is concerning too. Layoffs in 2016, 2020, and now there are rumors of more in 2021... Seems like leadership can't figure out how to right this ship.
