great people working in the trenches, there's a pension, and a good medical plan. Working from home a bonus and will probably remain doing so for awhile.

Cons

Management focused on jockeying for position vs taking Premera to the next level. Watch your back.

Large company with many moving parts provides alot of opportunities to grow and move around. Pay and benefits are good. Telecommuting available (probably even more now with the pandemic). On site cafe and free parking.

Cons

Can be fragmented and siloed. Lack of cooperation from other teams that affect your work sometimes and high turnover.
