Pros

Fantastic benefits. Insurance plan is great, pension and 401k, bonuses based on corporate goals, willing to pay for classes related to your job, etc. Staff is really nice. I like my bosses and everyone is friendly and pretty happy. Good work-life balance.

Cons

There is no structured training program for any department I know of.

Pretty good vision benefits Good bonuses Some really bright colleagues Work life balance Very talented at spinning lackluster or ineffective efforts as innovations in the field

Cons

Claims to try to make healthcare better, but has little to show for it. Very ego-driven culture, so most initiatives and projects exist only to be resume boosters for those involved. This also means projects just need to be launched, but don’t need to be good. Really dysfunctional leadership who lack vision and keep lackeyism alive and well. An absurdly sexist culture that treats women poorly A second class citizen system with respect to contractors (of whom there are MANY)
