      salary benefits including yearly bonus is good

      Cons

      Employees that had the brain trust of the company have been laid off. More layoffs are occurring which impacts resources on projects with business knowledge

      I see that you work in IT, which has gone through a substantial transformation in the past year to bring our technology forward.       Pros

      Premera is a company that truly cares for it's members, and employees. We have great compensation for the work we do. Changes are being made in all areas of the company to continue to be an industry leader.

      Cons

      I don't really see any cons working for Premera. The health insurance is pretty good coverage, maybe a bit lacking in our drug formulary. Otherwise pretty good coverage.
