Pros

Northside location (if you live north), decent pay and benefits, good people, good work/life balance

Cons

From the constant layoffs and reorganizations to the silo based project mentality, it's a reactionary organization. While the message is focused on changing the company to be more customer focused, all actions seem to be the result of cost cutting. Politics run rampant as senior management and insiders try to protect their areas from cuts.

Pros

Telecommuter, which means you work from home. Great benefits! Great retirement! Great pension! Great team-work with others in our team. I had a great relationship with work-mates, we helped each other, worked great as a team.

Cons

Much turn-over, expectations change frequently, leadership expectations are not consistent as the knowledge base for each leader is so different; therefore evaluations are not consistent across the board which effects bonuses, raises etc. Overall not fair.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. Change can be very difficult and we are working to continue communication and the sharing of information. Collaboration and honest communication will continue to break down previous silos is a big part of moving together as a team! As employees, we each own a piece of that collaboration. It's our great people that will help move the company forward and into a successful future!

Pros

Medical benefits offered are pretty stellar (the cobblers children do /NOT/ go unshod here). Salary is decent and live-able for an entry-level position. Training is extensive and has lots of personal touches. Facilities are well maintained and comfortable. Company hosts frequent employee wellness and appreciation events on and off campus. Robust community outreach programs including work-sponsored volunteering opportunities.

Cons

Like many call-center jobs be prepared to have every second of your day analyzed and micro-managed. Standards are /very/ high for performance quality, you will not be able to keep your job if you do not perform at 90%+ efficiency/accuracy at all times. Constant performance evaluations and metrics tracking can create anxiety about job security. Management is inconsistent about help and coaching; if you struggle you may not get the help you need to succeed.
