Great for first timers in the EMS field.

Cons

It is easy to get complacent here and stick around for too long. After about 9 months here you'll have gotten as much as you can get learning wise.

Get lots of hours immediately and so you get a good full time schedule going

Cons

Have very limited schedules don't work with you when you need time off will use the time off requested before hire against you when hired
