- PTO and benefits are great, company paid medical deductible and company paid life insurance and company paid short term disability insurance - Paid holidays are great, even observed if on weekends - The managers actually WORK just as much as us - Inflation goes up? Here's a boost in pay. Insurance goes up? Here's a boost in pay. We're TAKEN CARE OF in so many ways - Car trouble in the parking lot? Literally everyone will ask you if you need help. Any single person here would give you the shirt off their back if you needed it - Travel opportunities - Everyone is so nice... we're all friends and respect each other. Great conversations with people even in different departments and buildings - Company events, catered lunches just because
