Cons
You will be asked to do things like landscaping and painting even as an electrician If you don’t fit in, the managers treat you like disrespectfully Getting raises is like pulling teeth Very cliquey Low pay with very little room to move up They cater to office employees way too much and the shop guys get the short end of the stick, they try to fix it with pizza parties or donuts If you didn’t go to penn state, your future at this company is bleak You have to furnish all your own tools besides a few screw drivers that they provide
