      Pros

      Great benefits and pay. Vacation time was also good.

      Cons

      Too much secrecy throughout the company. Management could be unprofessional, and no room for advancement.

      Pros

      The practice what they preach. They truly care about service over sales and that their distributors are the most valuable assets.

      Cons

      Commission only but that's not really bad as long as you work it. There are no benefits you are an Independent Distributor so you must seek benefits elsewhere.

      Pros

      There are some great benefits to working with Premier. You get to meet some great people and travel. You can set your own hours and have fun while you work. There are some great work incentives as well.

      Cons

      Some of the downsides I think depends on your personality and how far you want to go with the company. You have to constantly keep jewelry shows on your calendar if you want to make money and the amount of money you may make is uncertain most of the time.
