Pros

Premier Designs Jewelry is a direct sales company gives me freedom and the ability to stay home with my 4 kids. An AWESOME starting commission lets even my smallest parties worthwhile. Premier Designs Jewelers are among the highest paid in the industry. There are no quotas so if you don't reach a goal, it's no big deal. You have full control. And what a GREAT product! I am my own billboard and how fun is that?

Cons

I have yet to come up with a true con. Some are concerned with the start up costs, but you do get what you pay for. If you are serious about working for yourself, then this it completely reasonable If you want a disposable opportunity, or if you really don't intend to work your business, then there are cheaper options out there. And a side note: these cheaper options usually means a much lower commission rate, so all options usually takes 2-3 shows to payoff your initial investment. It just depends on how much you want to make after that.

Pros

great commission, worth leaving the house for

Cons

like any business, you need a network of people that want your product. The jewelry market is a bit saturated. The product is well made but not unique, that is a challenge.

Pros

I loved selling Premier. Having a golden, lifetime guarantee allowed me to ensure quality. Making 50% commission made it worth the time. Plus you get all the training, tips, tricks and pointers you could ever need from your up line. I think my favorite part of all was the variety of people I met doing home shows. I was their "jewelry lady," and that meant something!

Cons

I started my business when I was working part time at a school, it was a great fit. I did several shows on week nights, and at least one to two on the weekends, but once I started working full time, I simply couldn't give up that weekend time. Honestly, that's the only con. The company itself is excellent!
