The purpose is to enrich lives through serving others and that a well balanced life is God, Family and the Career. These may seem old fashioned and trite but how many times do you hear people say, "I wish life was easier like in the old days!"? I appreciate that Premier offers all Americans the opportunity to have a quality of life that promotes personal relationships which builds loyalty and a desire for people to want to do business with you! Premier Designs proudly defines their simple and extremely generous Hostess and Business Plans for anyone to see. There is no hidden curtain with Premier; Integrity, Honor and Serving Others without expectation has made this company the silent giant in Home Based Businesses.

      Cons

      The cons of having a Home Based Business is that while you have the freedom to create a working schedule; the key word is 'working'! If you don't work, your business won't grow. In addition, when it comes to growing a down-line, you lead a volunteer work-force. If the work force doesn't want to put in the effort, the choice is theirs and as their upline, all you can do is be an encourager and respect their personal choices.
