Fair Pay & Benefits but Micro Managed management

Pros

Good pay, fair benefits, people there for 15 - 20 years unusual in this day and time.

Cons

Micro managed and wanted to be in all the details down to the everyday tasks so that you could not call anything your own. Agile but very disorganized and tried to put processes in place to make it more consistent so that deliverables and requirements were insync with what the stakeholders wanted but seemed to be hard to wrangle the rest of the group.

Cons

Simply a bad company. Childish treatment to employees, Very low salary. I would not recommend anyone to join.
