There was a healthy and learning environment. Since it was a growing organization; so it provided ample opportunities for growth and experimentation.
Cons
The Company was collaborated later with an another group thereby changing the management team and the company core values. The emphasis on employee development became the least; thereby increasing the dissatisfaction level in the employees.
