      Pros

      It is a pretty big consulting firm which has got more than 500 employes working to their best. The pay is pretty good and reasonable. Marketing is fast and has lot of contacts in Java. Management is pretty fast in responding.

      Cons

      Options of the contracts are pretty less. Most of the time you do not get to choose between contracts.
