      Pros

      Premier is transforming and trying to build strong products solutions for it's member hospitals and healthcare institutions. Very existing place to work.

      Cons

      - Need to be more competitive . Innovation is growing in health care and lot of companies are delivering products faster and capturing BIG DATA market. It's advantage of having healthcare data could vanish it it can't deliver faster. - Should focus on EMR data

      Pros

      Premier is a great place to work if you desire a challenging career and detest the typical day-to-day responsibilities that can be draining at other companies. Career growth is present and knowledgeable staff.

      Cons

      Is a data driven organization, where the data is difficult to obtain. Long and unpredictable hours ro accomplish task can be overwhelming at times. There can be lot of internal gossip about fellow employees, which i dont care for. A great place to work, but stressful days can outweigh sane ones.

      Working to truly transform healthcare by improving quality and reducing costs; great work facilities; work hard to provide communication about major events

      Cons

      Lack of work/life balance; limited advancement opportunities--other than field staff nearly all senior-management positions filled from outside; lip service to performance reviews but generally little behind them
