The pay is a little bit good

Cons

Basically everything is wrong with this company bad management they over hired people there wasn't enough shifts at first for everyone so I hardly got any hours then it got really busy and they overwork you they don't have benefits and when they let me go when they got rid of me I couldn't collect unemployment

Great job, advanced in company till new young supervisor came to our site, she wanted to pick her own mid level management team so they let her. Three great nurses would have probably still been with the company if she had not came. I don't think she even does the same job any longer.

Cons

Long hours. too much new management .
