Easy company to get hired into. Management is ok for the most part

Cons

They are only interested in people who will stay for a year or two, leading to high turn-over. Since they are only interested in transitory people (new college graduates, homemakers returning to the work force, etc), they they don't have to pay as well as other companies, which is more incentive for people to quit and find other places to work.
