      Pros

      Management and physician's interest in your learning, advancement, and future with the company. Lots of different situations with patients that you get to learn about and how to treat. Opportunity to attend seminars based on the field you're in.

      Cons

      Daily stressors, but that's anywhere you go. Travel isn't for everyone, but I'm okay with it. That's a hard one because I really enjoy everything about what I do.
