      Premier is awesome; best onboarding experience ever!

      Pros

      In my decades long career, I don't think I've ever had a more supportive onboarding experience than with Premier Staffing. From the first contact through the interviewing process and then the actual onboarding e-paperwork, the Premier people were SO helpful. And more than that, they were KIND. Starting a new job can be stressful, and Premier's people made it much less so. I'm very grateful!

      Honestly, I can't think of any "cons" for them. Just a great experience all around.

      Pros

      I am feeling very supported in my role. The training I am receiving is top notch and I feel like I am learning faster than I every have , even compared with grad school. My coworkers are kind, helpful, and encouraging. The culture is fantastic, and Mondays don't feel like Mondays. These are good people. Also, the work is very exciting. I am learning things I have dreamed about since I was a kid, and find myself really getting into the technical details and history of the industry more than I have in any other position I have held.
