Working with such great leadership has been amazing. They really make you feel like part of the team and encourage everyone to grow together. It's all about collaboration and support, and you always know they’ve got your back. You can share ideas, take on challenges, and know you're working toward something bigger. It just feels good to be part of a group where leadership truly cares about your success.

Was pretty easy process to get onboard. Pays weekly which helps and plenty of overtime

its a temp job hoping they keep me busy

The company expansion has allowed a reduction in costs per hire through streamlined processes and bulk purchasing. Clients are drawn to the specialized offering of staffing solutions, such as executive search, temporary staffing, or industry-specific expertise. The recent acquisitions have provided greater visibility and reputation within the staffing industry due to the ability to meet varied client needs and attract a wider customer base.

Cons

Rapid growth and expansion can sometimes be hard to navigate in the beginning, however, in order to gain long-term success such strategic moves are necessary/vital.
