Pros

I'm a current employee at Premier Staffing. Premier recognizes the work-life balance we all try to find in a career. They are very generous when it comes to taking time off when you need it, which fosters a community of happier coworkers. Every team brings their own energy and personality to the office and it is inspiring to be working with so many driven women and men. The energy I see in the office is a constant reminder for me to keep the momentum going--and I thrive on that. Our CEO is the nicest most genuine person. I was so touched when I received a birthday card from her. To know that she takes the time to learn a lot about the people who work for her is refreshing.

Cons

There are no cons, my position and Premier beat every job that I've held.

Pros

Premier offers a unique and rewarding environment that is unparalleled in the staffing world. I don't know of another company that allows the flexibility, support and uncapped billing potential that Premier does. As a Recruiter, I cannot speak enough praise for Premier because I have been given such an amazing opportunity to grow and develop with such a cutting edge company. You can essentially double or triple your salary in a year's time, which is unheard of in most companies/industries. Premier offers a competitive atmosphere, but if you work hard and put in the time the possibilities and rewards are endless. Sara is a visionary of the staffing world and it is an honor to work under such an intelligent and thoughtful woman. I have watched the company grow exponentially and add not one but three new offices. There is something very special and different at Premier and it is evident in the company culture, as well as its employees.

Cons

All companies that are scaling experience growing pains and Premier has done a great job at foreseeing bumps in the road and navigating through them as seamlessly as possible. The only constructive criticism I have would be in regards to the constant back and forth over policies. We need to come up with a concrete rule and not stray from that policy.

Fake, Catty, Unorganized

Pros

There's room for growth. But be careful, because that's what they're notorious for saying during internal interviews. Broken promises are also what Premier is known for.

Cons

-Managers have no experience leading a team. They're all just the CEO's friends. -base salary is a joke ($40K) -WAY too much change, including the new compensation plan (ask them about that if you're internally interviewing for the company.), your managers, office moves, people leaving, etc. -VERY catty. Everyone there is extremely fake and talks behind your back. Especially your manager. When I gave Premier my notice, HR and my manager didn't realize they accidentally dialed me and were having a conversation talking extreme trash about me. Talk about a well established environment. -Lastly, unorganized. Premier has no idea what they're 3 month plan is. They just DO things rather than think things through
