Pros
Pros:
I’ve worked at Premier for many years, as have many of my colleagues. Having worked in this business for many years, I know that Premier has more tenure in their employees than any other agency in San Francisco.
As a side note, please note that the reviewers noted below as “contractors” do not work inside of our firm. They are temporary employees who we placed on assignments with our clients. Their reviews should not be on this site, in my opinion. My comments are about working for Premier directly.
The mantra of Sara, the CEO, is to keep positive, keep your eye on the ball, get up, keep moving, and be the best you can be. Who doesn’t appreciate working for a boss with such values? Yes, there are predominantly women in our firm, and I am proud to work with such intelligent, fun, driven, hard working, open minded people (the males in our firm don’t fall short of these qualities either.) Our long-standing employees provide stability, while new employees support our growth, keep things fresh, contribute new networks, and benefit from outstanding training and coaching. Our CEO has inspired and empowered women in the workplace and she sets a powerful example by being a successful and humble leader. She gives back to the community, with an emphasis on developing youth and supporting women in need. To suggest that she hires people based on looks or style is unfair and irrelevant. Personally, I like working for a company where employees value style, health, wellness, and are striving to be their best.
People who leave Premier usually feel that agency recruiting is not for them, which is not a negative. When I talk to friends about their boring jobs, where their salaries barely inch up each year, they don’t respect their bosses, or bond with colleagues, it reminds me how lucky I am to work for Premier.
Cons
Cons
As the company grows, it’s difficult to hold onto the family feel. Policies get confusing as we grow. Sometimes working so independently can be challenging, but overall, management is always working to find solutions.
